In Everest region trekking they have good networks of Teahouse / Lodge facilities except Nangpa La so if you are interested to make a trekking in Teahouse basis which is easier to arrange and cheaper compare to participant on camping (tents Camp) Trekking because camping trekking need to bring all camping equipments and camp staff from Kathmandu.
